Surviving, Striving & Thriving Welcome!
Surviving, Striving & Thriving is a drop-in support group in Denver to provide support for adults (18+) who struggle with suicidal thoughts or who have survived a suicide attempt.
- We meet to provide understanding through mutual experiences, learn coping skills from one another, and to provide additional resources in the community while building a support system in order to create a safety net and promote healing.
- Surviving, Striving & Thriving is led by trained peer facilitators who have also experienced ongoing suicidal ideation and/or have survived a suicide attempt and is not provided by licensed professionals and is not therapy.
- We meet in-person on the second Thursday each month from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm at the Sheridan Library in Study Room 2 (3425 W. Oxford Ave. Denver, CO 80236) – Our in-person meeting is temporarily meeting via Zoom due to Coronavirus-19 and physical distancing requirements. We will resume in-person meetings as soon as it is safe to do so. Join the meeting at https://zoom.us/j/454337444 or call in at (669) 900-6833 and enter meeting ID # 454-337-444.
